We collect nonpublic personal information about you from your credit application,
credit reporting agencies, and your transactions and experience with us, our affiliates,
and nonaffiliated third parties.
HOW WE USE THAT INFORMATION
We use your personal, demographic and profile data to enhance your experience at
our site and to enable us to present information we think you might be interested
in. With your permission, we will share your information with third parties when
we believe they can provide our customers relevant information about their products
and services. Information may be delivered to you via email, wireless phone, mail
or regular phone.
We also maintain customer identifiable information per our Know Your Customer and
Anti Money Laundering (AML) policy. Please refer to the
loan application page for the customer information we collect. Information supplied by the applicant is verified to
confirm customer identity. The company checks the OFAC list when customers submit their
application and complies with government requests related to anti money laundering
investigations. A designated employee has been assigned as the responsible manager for our
AML policy. Our policy is reviewed annually.
WHAT INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE
We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to
third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal
information about your short-term loans to consumer reporting agencies and to government
entities in response to subpoenas. Such disclosures are made as necessary to effect,
administer and enforce the loan you request or authorize. Otherwise, we do not disclose
nonpublic financial information about our customers or former customers to anyone,
except as permitted by law.
If you become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies
and practices described in this notice.
COLLECTION AND USE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information
provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition,
as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts
under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts
to be part of the application process.
OUR SECURITY PROCEDURES
We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to nonpublic
personal information about You to employees who need to know that information to
provide products or services to You. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
DETAILED WIRELESS POLICY
By opting-in you are providing consent to use personal information to provide the
services you've requested, including services that display customized content and
advertising. Your provider's Msg & Data Rates apply to any SMS (Short Message Service)
messages. You may opt-out and remove your SMS information by sending "STOP", "END",
"CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE" or "QUIT" to the SMS text message you have received. If
you remove your SMS information from our database, your number will no longer be
used for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties and used by us for third
parties to send promotional correspondence to you. Data obtained from you in connection
with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's
name, the date & time, and content of your messages. We will not be liable for any
delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission
from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.
